Meeting & status summarizer

Open demoI’m Tiago Morais — I have fifteen years in investment data and delivery at Morningstar and Allfunds. Along the way I started building LLM tools to take the low-value work out of delivery, and it’s become the work I care about most. I’d like to make it the day job — in product, or in roles that help teams use AI well. The tools below are where I’ve started.
My career blends deep functional expertise in investment data with structured delivery — building Morningstar’s Brazilian fund database from zero, leading teams across Madrid, London and Chicago, and most recently running cross-functional delivery at Allfunds. Several years ago, before it was anyone’s strategy, I became convinced that LLMs would change how delivery gets done — so I did what a delivery person does with a conviction: I put it to work. I’ve built 13 tools, each around a real delivery problem, several of them woven into how I ran my last role.
Most organizations are now working through that same shift — moving AI from ambition to daily practice. Helping scale it from inside a product organization is what I want next. Day to day, I’m equally comfortable driving execution and translating between technical, analytical and business audiences — in Portuguese, English or Spanish.
Every tool below removes a slice of PM busywork — so the time goes to judgment, not formatting. Each opens with a working demo.

Open demoNot five similar jobs — five step-changes in responsibility, each one earned by delivering the last: one database, then 120 relationships, then teams of nine, then the strategy, then the whole delivery.
I built Morningstar’s Brazilian mutual fund database from zero — ~12,000 funds — and established direct relationships with the Brazilian regulators, becoming the team’s SME for performance data.
I managed 120+ investment providers — Barclays, Vanguard, PIMCO — then represented Morningstar at the Investment Association Sector Committee, owning portfolio data quality for BlackRock, PIMCO and Fidelity.
I led teams of up to nine across three offices — a maternity-cover leadership role in London earned a permanent lead seat in Madrid, then a global remit spanning Chicago.
I designed the team’s OKR framework and KPI system, and launched a certification programme that upskilled downstream teams and measurably cut escalations.
I ran cross-functional planning and delivery across data operations and technology — dashboards that changed how leadership sees progress, and projects that landed on time or early.
Products I build for myself — same design system, same standards, no meetings.

Glassdoor tells you the rating; it doesn’t answer your question. Next Job Community lets you talk to people who actually worked at the company you’re about to join — search it, find former employees who’ve volunteered to be candid, and ask them directly over live chat. They’ve moved on, so they can be honest about the roadmap chaos, the on-call, the career path.
Point your phone at any product barcode and it tells you which recycling bin each part of the packaging goes in — jar to glass, lid to packaging, label to paper — with the right bin colors for Spain, Portugal or France. Built on Open Food Facts data, and when a product’s packaging isn’t catalogued yet, your answer can be contributed back to the database for the next person.
